For ordering parts for the SRP Air Table, two methods are available:
A copy of a formal Purchase Order from a school or schoolboard can be sent to us as an attachement to an email sent at the following email address: srp2@srpinc.org.
We will then ship the material required and then invoice the school or schoolboard.
For purchases without formal purchase order, pre-payment with a credit card is required. The buyer can send us an email at the above email address detailing (or inquiring about) the material required and the address to which the material is to be sent.
We will estimate the cost of shipping and taxes if applicable and return this information. Upon approval, we will issue a PayPal invoice to the email address of the buyer displaying a convenient "Pay" button that can be clicked to proceed to easy payment with a credit card.
During this payment procedure, PayPal may require the buyer's address. Note that the address they require is the address exactly as it appears on the statement of account that the credit card emitter issues each month to the buyer. This is PayPal's way of ascertaining that the buyer is the real owner of the card.
Upon confirmation of paiment, the material will be shipped.
For books orders, Simply go to our Books page and make your choice.
All products are typically stock and can be shipped at a few days notice.
All are subject to a shipping charge dependant on weight, size and destination.
We collect GST or HST (whichever applies) on all orders shipped in Canada.
We also collect Provincial Sales Tax on all orders shipped in the province of Quebec. We collect no other taxes.
Payment of any other taxes, if applicable, is the responsibility of the buyer.
